YouTube Channel (2009)
The project of establishing the Carnegie Hall YouTube channel was in large part a series of intensive discussions about content strategy among a half-dozen departments across the organization.Roles: Project Director, Content Strategist
The second festival microsite, this one involved major video production for the first time, as well as licensed content. Decision-making and approvals were more complex than usual, since the microsite was created in partnership with the New York Philharmonic. Educational Online Resource Center (2007)
As the educational arm of Carnegie Hall created more resources for teachers and schools, an online hub was developed to make the materials available to a wide audience.
